💦 Hydrate like it’s your job 💦
When it’s hot and you’re training hard, hydration is key. Being well-hydrated helps:
✅ Boost performance
✅ Improve endurance
✅ Regulate body temperature
✅ Prevent cramps and fatigue
✅ Speed up recovery
Make sure you’re drinking water throughout the day (not just before or after class). If you’re sweating a lot, consider adding electrolytes to replenish what you lose. And remember: a well-hydrated body performs and recovers better—keep those water bottles handy!
