4 Week Class |  2 Training Sessions Per Week | Grades: 9-12 | $179

This class is designed to build upon the success of our middle school program.

HSSC1 extends our commitment to providing a solid foundation in strength and conditioning. This class is geared towards high school athletes; level 1 delves deeper into refining movement patterns, enhancing body control, and elevating athletic capabilities.

With a continued focus on proper technique, this program seamlessly transitions athletes into advanced training methodologies, emphasizing the development of strength, power, and speed. Our experienced coach guides participants through a holistic approach to fitness, ensuring a smooth evolution from middle school readiness to the heightened challenges and achievements of high school athletics.

We recommend this class for athlete’s offseason and preseason. This class is required before taking our High School Strength and Conditioning Level 2 Class.

*MSSC Class is highly recommended before taking this class but not required.*
