Our training program

Experience the benefits of 1-on-1 performance training in a dynamic group setting with our small group sessions. Athletes receive the same top-notch coaching and personalized attention but get to enjoy the teamwork and motivation that comes from training with teammates and friends. We foster a supportive and engaging environment, encouraging both competitiveness and continuous improvement.We provide flexibility on weekly and monthly commitments. We recommend small group training group sizes between 2-6 athletes. 

    $50 per athlete for 50 minute session
