Our goal with the team strength and conditioning program is to focus on injury prevention for all players while building strong, conditioned, and well-rounded athletes.

Our program

 

Our Team Strength and Conditioning option is a sport-specific program built for a team or club based on the sport, age, and experience of the athletes. Our goal with the team strength and conditioning program is to focus on injury prevention for all players while building power, strength, speed, and conditioned athletes.

Every sport has its own unique movements and techniques that we focus on and implement in our training sessions. This class is also a great way to enhance team bonding. While workouts will push the athletes, they will also be fun and competitive.

Our Team Strength and Conditioning option is available for all teams ages 10+ (4th Grade-High School):
Baseball, Basketball, Field Hockey, Football, Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Tennis, Track & Field, and Volleyball.

Custom Pricing – Starts at $25/session/athlete

  • Minimum 4-week commitment
  • Minimum 8 players
  • Minimum 1x/week training (2-3 recommended)

Our Pricing is Based on:

  • Number of athletes
  • Number of trainings per week
  • Number of 4-week training blocks
  • Your Team Size (prices vary between 8-24 athletes)
