Our Training Program
Our individual training programs are designed exclusively based on you and your goals. No matter what experience you have with exercise, we will develop a program that is right for you. (Ages 10+)
We provide flexibility on weekly and monthly commitments. We recommend training in 4-week increments.
Training Options:
- 1 session per week: $105
- 2 sessions per week: $95/session
- 3 sessions per week: $85/session
- 4 sessions per week: $75/session

Individual training is the optimal program for those looking to get the absolute most out of a training regime. With all of the focus on you, your workout program is designed exclusively based on your goals, experience, movements, injury history, skill level, etc. Choose what style of training you are looking for, whether it is to prepare for a specific sport or just to get stronger and faster with more general functional training.
Our functional training program focuses on creating a well-rounded, great-moving body with an emphasis on strength and control. All of our workouts are functional and practical and are based on the 6 fundamental body movements: Hinge, Lunge, Squat, Push, Pull, and Carry.
Along with these movements, sport-specific training puts more emphasis on movements pertaining to your sport.
