Below are our two class offerings for Adult Training: Dominate and Elevate

Dominate: Functional Strength Training

Get stronger and move better with Dominate, a full-body functional strength class focused on building raw strength and improving movement quality. Each session targets major muscle groups through controlled, purposeful lifts and functional movements designed to enhance everyday strength and resilience. This class prioritizes proper technique, progressive overload, and balanced training to help you gain strength safely and effectively.

Dominate classes are offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday—come ready to work hard and Dominate your fitness goals!

Elevate: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Take your fitness to new heights with Elevate, our high-intensity interval training class designed to boost endurance, burn calories, and improve overall conditioning. Using lighter weights, bodyweight movements, and interval-style workouts, Elevate keeps you moving with minimal rest for maximum results.

We offer two variations to keep your training fresh and effective:

  • Elevate Circuit (Tuesdays): A traditional HIIT circuit combining bodyweight and light-weighted exercises to challenge your endurance and push your limits.
  • Elevate Kettlebell (Thursdays): A kettlebell-focused HIIT class featuring dynamic circuits that build strength, stability, and cardiovascular fitness.

No matter which variation you choose, Elevate provides a challenging, high-energy workout that will keep you motivated and progressing toward your fitness goals.
