Dominate is our adult strength and conditioning class that aims to build a community to train together. This class will provide a well-rounded foundation of functional strength training through the 6 main movement patterns: lunge, hinge, squat, push, pull, and core.

The main emphasis of this class is resistance training with elements of cardiovascular, plyometric, and power training as well. We believe that being able to move well and be stronger leads to a better and healthier future, so get started on your journey today!
